Project Arizona

Whilst flight restrictions were at their peak in 2020 this stunning Kitchen Remodel and Flooring in Arizona, USA kept us busy. Starting in April and during lockdown, this Project was challenging due to the Covid Restrictions, however the end result was bright fresh and ready for the next Project.

Flat Remodel

This beautiful Mountainside Remodel 40 years ago was a single garage. 30 years ago it was converted to a “studio”, consisting of laundry area on the upper floor with an office on the ground floor. Now this underutilised space has been renovated and transformed into a complete new dwelling consisting a Main Bedroom, En-Suite on the ground floor. This Mountainside home with its “requisite – land movement and settling” created structural foundation
and wall cracks. With our Structural Engineers specifications, Excavation, Underpinning and Crack repairs
began in March 2021. With weather restraints and reinforced concrete curing time this Project is being
completed in “stages”
